Ranko has considerable experience in a range of industries with particular exposure to public listed companies and large private enterprises. His expertise and exposure in all areas of corporate advisory services, financial reporting and audit, due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and valuations makes him a respected addition and resource to the firm and most importantly to our clients.

Through these positions Ranko has been involved in an advisory capacity to over 40 initial public offerings and other re-capitalisations and re-listings of ASX companies in the last 20 years.

Ranko has also spent three years as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary of a large WA based private company. This company had operations in several countries and required significant financial management and foreign currency control. This provided him with valuable skills and knowledge that naturally extend to the provision of corporate and general business advice and an in depth understanding of corporate cultures and issues.

Ranko is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the areas of financial and executive management, accounting, audit, business and corporate advisory. During that period, Ranko has been appointed to the following positions:
